I interned there and was put on the office systems. My first week went into understanding their workflows, what repeats daily, what they were already working on, and what they wanted automated. Everything I built from that was deployed and handed over, and they are still using it.
What I worked on
Projects
my own, built to see
how the thing works.
Built from scratch
Kieru
live onlyA session app for exactly two people: chat, a shared whiteboard, file transfer, screen share and voice, all peer to peer over WebRTC. Nothing is stored, because the server never sees any of it. When either person leaves, the session is gone.
BitTorrent client
from scratchA working BitTorrent client in Python with nothing but the standard library. Bencode parser, tracker announce, the peer wire protocol byte by byte, and 30 peer threads pulling pieces off one shared work queue. Downloaded a full Ubuntu ISO, all 24,868 pieces SHA-1 verified.
RAION
agentsA self-hosted AI assistant that runs on your own machine. A supervisor agent spawns parallel workers under hard caps on depth, agent count, tool calls and wall clock. Anything destructive pauses the graph mid-run and waits for you to approve it in the UI.
Snake, learned not scripted
RLDeep Q-learning agent that teaches itself Snake in PyTorch. No movement rules anywhere in the code. It sees eleven booleans about danger, heading and food direction, and works the rest out from a reward of +10 for food and −10 for dying.
Writing
notes on things I've
built and broken.
Writing
All postsAn app that keeps nothing
Two people, five live features, and a server that never sees any of it.
Letting an agent act, but not without asking
The permission layer that pauses a running agent and waits for a human.
Writing a BitTorrent client from scratch
Bencode, the peer wire protocol, and 30 threads sharing one piece queue.
Teaching Snake to play itself
Eleven booleans, three actions, and a reward kept deliberately boring.
